Stories and poems shimmer all around us like stars. Our imagination is the net we catch their light in, our words are the way we share their magic with the world.

I’ve spent a lifetime fishing for stars. I weave their light into books and articles. I splash their sparkle across my English language and literacy classes. I distil their magic into workshops on poetry and education.

I have a handful of magical papers that are my passport to a myriad of magical adventures: a Bachelor of Arts in Languages, a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Linguistics, several certificates in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and I’ll soon be adding my Masters of Arts in Linguistics.
